  1. 1. Exchange Documents.The "Exchange Documents" feature allows CPAs  and clients to exchange documents with each other securely and conveniently. 
  2. 2. File types. All standard file types of supported, for e.g. Pdf, Word, Excel, PNG, Tiff, Rtf and many more.
  3. 3. Re-Label. Often the files downloaded from financial institutes do not have meaningful names. Instead of completely renaming a file, you can just type in couple of keywords to describe it, for e.g. "My W2", "Tax returns for 2011", "Wells fargo Mortgage" and so on.
  4. 4. File password. Type in a password (not your login password) to encrypt the file as we store it on our site. The file cannot be opened without that specific password, which adds security to its access.

  1. 1. Client List. The panel on the left lists all your existing clients. You can switch from one client to another and review their tax profile in matter of minutes.
  2. 2. Client Profile. The middle pane shows all the profile information about the client. This includes their email address responses to your questionnaire. Any messages exchanged, invoice status and payments.
  3. 3. Documents. The right panel shows the list of documents uploaded by the client.
